In a shocking development, Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj Pancholi has been arrested by the Mumbai police for abetting late actress Jiah Khan’s suicide.
Jiah Khan apparently left behind a 2-page suicide note that held an unnamed person responsible for her death. Suraj who had been dating the late actress for sometime apparently had been trying to break off with the young actress. In fact, he was the last person to speak/sms to Jiah on the phone before the actress took her own life.
As earlier speculated by some section of the media, it was not Jiah’s career but her love life that brought the actress a tragic and untimely death.
The letter came out in the open on Saturday when Jiah’s mother found it in the actress’ bag and showcased it to the police and reiterated her statement that Suraj was responsible for her daughter’s suicide.
Like his father, Suraj too was aspiring to be a hero in Bollywood. He was soon going to make his debut in a Hindi film being produced by super star Salman Khan.
In her letter, Jiah stated, “If I stay here I will crave you and miss you. So I am kissing my 10-year career and dreams goodbye. I never told you but I received a message about you. About you cheating on me. I chose to ignore it, decided to trust you. You embarrassed me.”
Looks like Suraj Pancholi’s filmi career has been stalled for now.
