Funny man Arshad Warsi is back and how. His new upcoming film Jolly LLB promises to be as funny as the man himself and that is evident from the trailer of the film.
The first thing that strikes you as you watch the trailer is its close semblance to the film Lage Raho Munnabhai and that’s where the similarity ends as the trailer takes you on a legal roller coaster ride.
Arshad plays a lawyer as the title suggests and he does appear to do a good job with his comic timings and seriousness at the same time. Amrita Rao looks good in the film and it’s nice to see the beautiful actress on the screen after a gap. The lines in the trailer are funny though it seems Boman Irani wouldn’t be raising much of a laugh in this film. Everything looks good about the trailer and we’ll have to see if the film in its totality does justice to the trailer. The film takes a satirical look at the prevailing judicial system in our country.
Subhash Kapoor who gave us the funny Phas Gaya Re Obama has helmed this film and from the look of the trailer seems to have done a decent job. Musically, not much to be said at this stage.
The film releases on 15th March.
